TrailManor wants to help you make the right decision when shopping for a travel trailer. There are several things to consider when making your choice. They include tow vehicle, trailer weight, fuel economy, storage, features, floor plans, and construction and quality.

TrailManor is everything you’d find in a full-size travel trailer in a package small enough to tow with a 6-cyl. minivan or SUV and store in your garage. And chances are, you already have what it takes to tow a TrailManor.

Imagine being able to tow a full-size 30-foot trailer (folded down to just five feet high) with a minivan, stop at your campsite, and, in about two minutes, open up your “home away from home” to full size.

As gas prices rise, more consumers are drawn to the economy of light tow vehicles. Small SUVs and minivans capable of towing a TrailManor now make up a large segment of the passenger market. Most consumers are not willing to buy an additional tow vehicle just to pull a heavy fifth wheel or conventional trailer.

The fold down design is obvious, but we save weight by using specially laminated panels. It’s as strong as conventional walls and floors, but it weighs a lot less. So our trailers are lighter and easier to tow.

If you compare TrailManor to other products, we are half the weight of all the others. This weight reduction is the product of ground up engineering using aircraft technology and materials. Walls are made from light insulating polystyrene foam sandwiched between aluminum for exceptional strength. There is no particleboard anywhere. Floors and even countertops are also foam filled, which costs more to build but dramatically reduces towing weight.
